Zach has been the glue that has held Boltage together through its growth to this point and has been responsible for all day to day operations. He joined Boltage in 2007 after seeing the difference that Boltage was making in the lives of kids. Zach is a practicing attorney and has worked at several international law firms in New York, Washington, D.C. and Colorado. He continues to run his own law firm, Flatirons Law Group, where he advises clients on various legal and business matters. Zach holds undergraduate and law degrees from Duke University.
Blair has been involved with leading the Boltage program at Foothill Elementary School in Boulder, Colorado since 2008. Foothill was the second Boltage school and has been the test school for the wristband incentive program. She brings a wealth of practical experience as a volunteer to her role as Administrator. Originally from Atlanta, Blair has an MBA from Georgia State, and enjoys gardening, skiing, hiking and mountain biking with her husband and two sons.
